Wow... sorry for the multipule week hiatus! I had a major life crisis requiring surgery that prevented me from drawing and updating comics, but fortunately I have recovered from that and will hopefully be back on schedule! Can't promise anything, though, because I've got quite a bit of school catch-up to do 0_0

Here's the deal: I had a tumor on my left ovary that was pretty big and causing me a lot of pain. It was so bad that on the night of Sunday September 27 I went to the emergency room. It was a little stressful because I had to get a ride from my RA because I don't have a car or a liscense ^^; I was also in so much pain that I was throwing up pretty much every time I stood up D:
Fortunatly, they were able to diagnose the problem and operate before it got any worse ^^ I've spent the last two weeks recovering from that, first in the hospital and then in a hotel room with my mom (she flew out to be with me during this time). I'm glad to be up and about once again, but I really don't want to go back to school and I miss the nice bed in the hospital (it had reclining abilities and moved around periodically to prevent soreness from staying in the same position for too long ^^ )

I have a follow-up appointment with the doctor today, and he'll probably release me to go back to school. Darn! D:
